When Workspace Design Magazine, LLC (d/b/a Work Design) processes personal data on a customer's behalf as a processor, it uses the sub-processors below. This list is maintained under Section 21 of the Business Terms of Service and Section 8 of the Data Processing Addendum.

Work Design does not currently engage a separate analytics sub-processor. Basic operational logging is provided by the hosting provider listed above.
Support is handled by the Work Design team over email (Google Workspace, listed above). No separate help-desk sub-processor is engaged at this time.
Work Design will post material new sub-processors on this page and provide a mechanism for customers to receive notice of them. A customer may object to a new sub-processor on documented data-protection grounds as described in Section 8 of the Data Processing Addendum.
