How the 20% discount works

When you opt in to contribute anonymized benchmark data, you receive a reusable 20% discount code for your own assessment purchases. Opt out and the code is deactivated. No volume thresholds apply.

No minimums required

There are no client minimums to join or maintain partner status. Benefits don't expire based on volume. The program is designed to be useful from your first assessment onward.

Benchmark data stays anonymous. No organization names or individual responses are ever shared. Aggregated insights only.

Four steps to becoming a partner
  1. Complete the short online partner application — you're eligible immediately as a workplace professional. Your free assessment code arrives by email right away.
  2. Apply the free assessment code to your own organization or any client group. No approval needed to get started.
  3. Work Design reviews your application within 2 business days. Once approved, your partner directory listing and roundtable invitation activate.
  4. If you opted in to benchmark data contribution (selected by default), your personal 20% discount code is sent to you upon approval.
